dear anonymous its ok if you dont have an oven you just put your rice and meat in a cooking utensil in which u cooked your rice just make it sure the utensil is wide and put a flat iron pan or a roti pan on low heat and rest your biryani on top of it for like 20 minutes as we say in urdu put it on "dum". then when u want to serve take it out in a rice dish

wouldnt it have been a bit more convenient of you to tell us all the the things we wud need first like an oven coz after 5 mins of making the food u sed u need an oven and now i dnt hav one so wot do i do?
