A very simple version of delicious and spicy grilled chicken for Picnic in your backyard. Enjoy!


Ingredients
800 grams Boneless chickenClick to find more about chicken breasts
300 grams Curds
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 tablespoon GingerClick to find more about Ginger paste
1 tablespoon GarlicClick to find more about Garlic paste
1 tablespoon Green chilliClick to find more about Green chilli paste
1 teaspoon TurmericClick to find more about Turmeric powder
100 grams Cottage cheese
1/2 cup Fresh cream
1 teaspoons Garam masala
2-3 tablespoons Oil
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste


Preparation
Cut the chickenClick to find more about chicken into 2 inch long slices.
Mash cottage cheese and mix it with fresh cream to make a fine paste.
Hang the curds in a muslin cloth for about half an hour. Mix all the ingredients together in it except the oil.
Put the chickenClick to find more about chicken pieces into this mixture and let it marinate for 2 hours.
Roast the pieces in a preheated oven (220C) for about 15 minutes. Turn the pieces over and baste with oil.
Cook for another 5-6 minutes or till the chickenClick to find more about chicken tender.
Serve with lemon slices, mintClick to find more about mint chutney and onionClick to find more about onion rings.
