A refreshing dessert for the warmer Spring days .


Ingredients
3 large mangoes or 1 tin mangoClick to find more about mango pulp
Double cream 500ml
3 bananas sliced
1 small tin pineappleClick to find more about pineapple cubed
1 small tin peaches cubed
9-10 fresh strawberries sliced
1 large mangoClick to find more about mango cubed
1 appleClick to find more about apple cubed
Any other seasonal fruits of your choice
Couple of raspberries for garnish(alternatively you can use strawberries).
Sprig of mintClick to find more about mint leaves


Preparation
This recipe is a really delicious dessert and I can promise you that you will be making it time and time again.
Cut up the 3 large mangoes, preferably try and use the large yellow ones as they are much sweeter.
In a blender whizz together the cut up mangoClick to find more about mango along with the creamyou may want to add half first and then pour in the rest gradually to get your preferred consistency.Taste and add sugar if needeed.Blend to smooth consistency like custard.
If you are using the tinned mangoClick to find more about mango pulp just add the cream and whisk until get the consistency you wantno need to add sugar as the mangoClick to find more about mango pulp will already be sweet.
Put the mangoClick to find more about mango and cream mixture in a large bowl.
Next add all the cut up fruit and stir.
Chill in fridge for at least 4 hours.
Serve garnished with the mintClick to find more about mint leaves and raspberries.
