This Mutton dish is popular among those who like flavors of "exploding" spices, and meat simmered on low heat to get an exotic flavor of all the spices.

Ingredients
Mutton 1 Kilo boneless cut into pieces,
Yoghurt 1 Kilo,
Tomatoes 1/2 Kilo cut in small squares,
Onions 1/2 Kilo in small pieces,
Cumin SeedsClick to find more about Cumin Seeds 1 tsp,
Black PepperClick to find more about Black Pepper 10-12,
GingerClick to find more about Ginger 1 Tbsp & garlicClick to find more about garlic 4-5 pieces
Red Peppers 12-15,
SaltClick to find more about Salt 1 1/2 tsp,
Pomegrenate seeds 1 tsp,
Sabat Sookha Dhaniya 1 Tbsp,
Oil 1/2 cup,
CinnamonClick to find more about Cinnamon sticks 2,
Bari IllaichiClick to find more about Illaichi 2,
Hari Mirch 3-4 cut and deseeded.


Preparation
Mix SaltClick to find more about Salt, cumin seedsClick to find more about cumin seeds, gingerClick to find more about ginger, garlicClick to find more about garlic & Sookha Dhaniya in yoghurt and whip really well, pour oil and put mutton in the mixture, heat for about 15-20 minutes until meat is tender and the oil can be seen separately, simmer on low heat while turning the mixture for 5 minutes, next put in all the spices, onions & tomatoes and simmer on low heat until onions and tomatoes are cooked for about 15-20 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander & its time to tickle those taste buds!!!

Would you advise me.I wish to cook your recipe,but do not know how many fresh red peppers to use. Or do you mean red pepper corns?
