Quick and easy way to boost your appetite. This delicious starter or side needs very few ingredients but makes a tasty bites.
Beef 1 cup (cut in small pieces)
Yoghurt 1 cup
Garam masala 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Vinegar 5 tbsp
Oil for frying
Marinate beef in all the ingredients except oil for about 4 hours.
Heat oil in a pan.
Put the beef in the pan and fry until turn dark brown and tender.
Serve with chatni & naan.
