Ingredients
ChickenClick to find more about Chicken (prick with fork) one whole
GheeClick to find more about Ghee 125 gms
Raw papaya paste 1 tea sp
GingerClick to find more about Ginger garlicClick to find more about garlic paste 1 tea sp
Almond (powdered) 2 table sp
Poppy seedsClick to find more about Poppy seeds 2 table sp
Garam massala 1 tea sp
OnionClick to find more about Onion (fry in gheeClick to find more about ghee and crushed) 125 gms
LimeClick to find more about Lime juice 1
Yogurt 250 gms
Eggs 2 hard boiled
Minced meat cooked 125 gms
TurmericClick to find more about Turmeric powder 1/4 tea sp
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 1 tea sp or to taste
Yellow food color as per required


Preparation
Fry the onionClick to find more about onion brown and crushed.
In Yogurt add all the spices except lemon juice and crushed onionClick to find more about onion, then rub this mixture on chickenClick to find more about chicken and leave it for 4-5 hrs.
Fill the chickenClick to find more about chicken with egg pieces and cooked minced meat and stich with thread.
In gheeClick to find more about ghee mix yellow food color and rub it well on chickenClick to find more about chicken.
Grease the oven dish and bake the chickenClick to find more about chicken in oven for 20-30 minutes.
Serve hot with rice and salad.

What about the bhuna masala around the murg? This seems too dry.
