Chicken (prick with fork) one whole
Ghee 125 gms
Raw papaya paste 1 tea sp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tea sp
Almond (powdered) 2 table sp
Poppy seeds 2 table sp
Garam massala 1 tea sp
Onion (fry in ghee and crushed) 125 gms
Lime juice 1
Yogurt 250 gms
Eggs 2 hard boiled
Minced meat cooked 125 gms
Turmeric powder 1/4 tea sp
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 1 tea sp or to taste
Yellow food color as per required
Fry the onion brown and crushed.
In Yogurt add all the spices except lemon juice and crushed onion , then rub this mixture on chicken and leave it for 4-5 hrs.
Fill the chicken with egg pieces and cooked minced meat and stich with thread.
In ghee mix yellow food color and rub it well on chicken .
Grease the oven dish and bake the chicken in oven for 20-30 minutes.
Serve hot with rice and salad.
